Each Site Director provides leadership to and is ultimately responsible for all the programs and operations for their designated location or site. The Site Director and Director of Programs decide which approved programs, events, and activities within the four pillars of Mobile Hope will be run at their site. They work to establish strong, trusting, and positive relationships with residents, volunteers, partner organizations, donors, and staff. They work to recruit necessary staff, residents, and volunteers to execute the vision developed in partnership with the community. The Program Manager also works with the Executive Director and Development Team to identify and cultivate potential donors to obtain the financial support necessary for their site budget.

Family Advocate Case Manager will be focused on Mobile Hope’s Community in Blaine, MN and serve individuals and families living within that mobile home community. This position seeks to serve individuals and families by connecting them with necessary resources, programs, and services within the community to address their needs and goals. Through the provision of programming & supportive services, the culture of the park and its residents is positively impacted. The Family Advocate will partner with Centennial Square schools and Spring Lake Park schools, therapists, community agencies, and Anoka county services in an effort to stabilize & improve families and help them achieve their goals.

The Treehouse Program Director provides leadership to the delivery of the Treehouse youth program and services to our 8th-12th grade students. These include Connect youth nights, peer support groups, and one-on-one mentoring to the teens within the mobile home park and surrounding community. Youth work experience is required and further training is provided by a collaborative and passionate team.
