Maple Hills Estates, our flagship program located in Corcoran, MN offers year-round programs and services for residents, as well as ongoing activities and facilities rental in our Hope Center. Please review the programs and services below for additional information. ​

Education

Homework Help After School Program
Student achievement is critical to long term success.  Our "flagship program" is focused on education.  We partner with Youth With A Mission, Rockford Schools, and lots of volunteers to host homework help for grades K-12 four days each week on Monday through Thursday afternoons from 3:30 - 5:00 pm.
Three Rivers Parks Outdoor Education
Through our partnership with Three Rivers Parks, staff join our students weekly during or after-school program to bring groups of students to explore and learn about local outdoor nature and wildlife

Pre-K Early Childhood
Our partner agency, the Rockford Early Childhood program, comes out to the Hope Center once a week offering parents with pre-K children a place to socialize, learn parenting techniques, and learn through fun.
English Language Classes
For those that English is not their first language, English classes are offered twice a week.
Adult Skills and Planning Classes
16 week group learning workshop called Getting Ahead where participants investigate the challenges faced in under-resourced environments, how to build on resources, overcome barriers, and develop and achieve goals for their future story.
GED Preparation
For those who were unable to graduate High School, one-on-one GED prep classes are set up with the goal of achieving high-school equivalency education allowing for increased options for jobs and career opportunities.
On-site Summer School
In partnership with Rockford Schools, several paid teachers are on-site for four weeks of fun and educational activities designed to close the educational gap and decrease summer slide.
College Scholarships
Several donors have made investments in those choosing college education by providing $1000 scholarships to assist in tuition and materials.
Vision Trips to colleges and career options
To aid students to envision a successful future, we provide opportunities for to be exposed to a variety of colleges and careers by visiting college campuses and touring local career sites in small groups.
Computer Lab
To aid in the exposure to technology and software as well as providing an online connection, we offer a computer lab in the Hope Center for adults and students to do schoolwork, projects, job applications and learn new skills.

Healthy Activities

Summer Camp
In partnership with Trout Lake Camps, students are offered the unforgettable experience of week-long summer camp for a reduced fee.
TreeHouse Peer Support Groups
Small groups of teens learning how to identify what they are feeling and offer support to one another in those circumstances.
One-on-one Mentoring
Youth ages 11-17 partnered with trained caring adults to engage in regular intentional time together.

Senior Coffee Hour
Adults through the community gathering once a week over coffee and donuts to get to know one another, share conversation, and play bingo.
Arts/Crafts Programs
Weekly art projects centered around kids and teens exploring their creative side.
Hope Center Recreation Hours
Open recreation time at the Hope Center on Monday evenings for adults and kids.
Fitness Center
Dedicated center open daily with 2 treadmills, 2 bikes, 2 elliptical machines and a Universal weight system.
Community Meals
Building community trust and relationships through monthly community meals on Tuesdays through the summer.
Facility Rentals
Opportunity for friends and families to rent the Hope Center for parties, gatherings, and special events.    

Connection to Resources

Food Distribution and Delivery
Food collected from local retailers around the Western Twin Cities is made available on-site to families in the park every week through our partnership with Riverworks Foodshelf.   
Clothing and Household Goods
Clothing, furniture, and household Items families may need are made available at the CROSS facility in Rogers.   
Family Thrive Program
Mobile Hope has added the case management position of Family Advocate to our staff to assist families in discovering resources through schools, county, churches, and community nonprofits that can help them achieve their goals.    
Connected Families Parent Coaching
Parenting coaching and online courses designed to assist parents to apply fresh techniques that foster feelings of safety, love, purpose, and responsibility in the home.   
Immigration and Legal Aid
In partnership with local legal aid firms, families interested in pursuing citizenship or having questions regarding their options are connected with individuals who can help.    

Faith Development

Annual Vacation Bible Camp
​
Students from throughout the park ages K-5 are invited to participate in our longest running program each year since 1996.  In partnership with Wayzata Free Church and Wooddale Church, students are presented with morning programs, singing, games, and drama for a week in July.  Afternoons are filled with informal games and relationship building.  Evenings are made available to older kids who are alumni in the program to enjoy off-site adventures.      
Fellowship of Christian Athletes Sports Camp
FCA hosts a week of sports clinics in basketball and soccer on-site with older students from Maple Grove and other local communities.  Kids enjoy games, coaching, drills, and daily presentations from athletes related to life-application of faith principles.  
TreeHouse Teen Program
Weekly gathering of teens ages 12-17 where kids can enjoy a meal together, topical teaching related to life challenges and truth, and some fun games together where teens learn they are lovable, capable and worthwhile.
Journey Program
We offer weekly gathering for students in 5th-7th grade so they can enjoy great activities, hear a compelling message of hope, and grow together through an exciting time of life. ​
Trout Lake Camp
Students are offered the opportunity to attend Trout Lake Camp - a Christian summer camp where they enjoy an amazing program of creative outdoor elements, games, music, and gospel teaching for a week in the summer.  ​
​Bible Study Groups
Groups of adults and teens are given opportunities to participate in Bible study series’ at various locations throughout the park.
